We are open during normal university business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) for appointments only.

Due to budget cuts, we are short-staffed and therefore our Virtual Front Desk is closed and we are not available for walk-in (virtual or in-person) consultations.

Everyone is welcome to email us with your questions although our responses might take longer than normal from Week 10 through Week 3 of the following quarter (which is our crunch time).

STUDENTS: When emailing our office, please provide your full name and PID, and if applicable, your case number.

FACULTY & STAFF: We are available for consultations via email or virtual/in-person appointments. Please email with your request and we'll get you scheduled in with the appropriate staff member.
